  • The Gaming Effect

Early morning, I could hear the "cling cling" sound from my front gate.
Boys with school uniform, white and green, come into the compound and go in directly to their designated place.
Yes, it is the place where they find sanctuary. Gaming place where Warcraft Dota and Counter Strike exist.
It has been almost a year that my family opened an Internet Cafe plus Network games.
Every now and then I could hear boys shouting and swearing downstairs.
They are in the fever of gaming.
It took hours and hours for them to play. Sometimes even the whole day.
I also have to admit I play those games but I have never been much addicted to that.
My brother, unfortunately, is addicted to those games. He played every single night, giving excuse like "there is no exam in the school" or wherever.
A few days ago, the report card came out. Yes it was a failure. Out of five subjects, he failed four subjects.
I am disappointed so i won't mention the marks which were no way near the passing marks.
What could be done to those boys who come every morning and evening?
Do they pass their exams? Or fail like my brother?
Is this the responsibility of Internet Cafe?
Is this the responsibility of their parents?
Or is it the responsibility of themselves?
    That I do not know.

  • How do I become?

I didn’t think of how I became and why I became human in this earth. Now I’m wondering how I become “I”. First I thought like my dad and my mom got married. Well may be at night they *censored*. Something special that will make me. Ok my dad’s sperm swam to my mom’s egg, zygote. Then formed a fetus. Then it grew bigger and bigger. After eight or nine months, I was born. Perfect child with two eyes, one nose, two ears, two arms and hands and two legs. Everything is perfect without disabilities. Then I think “ok that’s how I become.” But “How did my parents and grand parents and my ancestors exist?” That was the question I’m seeking an answer.
First of all I’m a Christian so I believed that God created human beings, earth, universe, animals and etc. Nowadays people are starting to doubt about that. These skeptics are trying to find the answer in a “scientific” ways. Then they said that there was a big bang in the universe and that how planets and stuff became. Hmm… how did they know that?? Then living things started from one celled organisms. For instance bacteria. Interesting. How these bacteria could form enormous living things like trees and humans?? Now look around the world everything fits in its place. The world is perfect. Well global warming and stuff are due to people’s faults. Anyway, how did these scattered things become this perfect world with beautiful trees and people? It would be impossible. For instance, I will give you nails, hammers, woods and some building materials. Will they become a house if you don’t build it? Of course not. It won’t become a house by itself. Even little children would know that. So, I believe that someone, God (for Christians) did all these wonderful things, creating things.
Ok then skeptics will ask “How can you say that God created these things??” “How can you prove it??”
Well I might ask them “If seeing is believing, do you see air?”
    They might answer “No”
I would say “Do you believe that air exist?”
    They say “yes”
I ask “How will you prove it??” “Can you show me by catching the air?”
Another great example would be that Einstein’s theory of relativity. He didn’t find it by going into the universe or something. It was just a theory. He didn’t have practicals or data to prove it at that time. He was just using his master brain to work that theory out. Did he prove that theory with science? Well, no.
So how did humans become if they were not creations of God? Don’t tell me things like humans came from apes. Face the reality. Do you see any apes turn into humans? No. These two species are just similar in some ways. There are some things that cannot be proved by science.
P.S. Please consider this question and give me some ideas or answers about “How did humans become humans?”
